Pro tip: Always log out when using a shared or public device. Never share your password with anyone — not even our support team will ever ask for it.

Login Troubleshooting — Quick Fixes

Can't get in? Here are the most common reasons and what to do.

Login issues happen to everyone at some point, and they're almost always easy to fix. Here are the most common reasons 8k8 PH members have trouble logging in, and the quickest way to sort each one out.

Incorrect username or password. This is the most common issue. Double-check that your caps lock is off and that you are typing your username or email exactly as it was registered. If you've tried a few times and still can't get in, use the password reset option linked on the login page — it takes less than two minutes.

Account not yet verified. If you registered but didn't click the verification link in your email, your account may be in a pending state. Check your inbox (and your spam folder!) for the 8k8 PH verification email. If it's expired, contact our support team via live chat and they'll send a new one right away.

Temporary access restriction. Too many failed login attempts in a short period will trigger a temporary lock on your account as a security measure. This usually lifts after 15–30 minutes. If you need access urgently, contact our 24/7 support team directly.

Browser or cache issues. Sometimes outdated cached data can cause login problems. Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser. On mobile, try closing and reopening your browser app. If the issue persists, try logging in from a different device.

Account suspended due to responsible gaming. If you previously set a cooling-off period or self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools, your account may be temporarily or permanently restricted. Contact our support team and they can explain your options clearly and confidentially.

Still stuck? Our support team at 8k8 PH is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Just open the live chat from any page and a real agent will help you get back into your account as fast as possible. Wag kang mahiyang magtanong — that's what we're here for.
